Another Irfan location

After quick search, I've found yet another Irfan download at
http://www.helpmaster.com/zip/iview297.zip - indeed, it does have
FF-functionality based on Michael's engine. BTW FF-module launch isn't so
fast even at the firts time <g>, but, from another point, you can apply
sequence of filters without leaving this FF-shell. Very interesting. I
should add this to my readme <g>
