is it illegal to convert a filter to AFS to see why it does what it
does? *hope not*LOL

I use Jasc PSP5.01, and as you may know FF filters will not function
without MSCVRT10.dll, and one other *.dll file. After recently
reinstalling Windows after a huge meltdown, I found these 2 files
missing. I found the mscvrt10.dll, but I don't remeber the name of the
other file, or where I got it. If you know what I am talking about
please let me know =0)
