FF Book in german

Hi all,

Yesterday, a guy called Guenter Schuler called me and said he was about to
publish a book about FF in the next few months! I never heard of him , nor
have I read any e-mails by him. He is a Mac guy and created the filter
collection "Creative Filters" (with FF) sold for 79, -DM.

I checked with "who ff" to see if I could check his mail, but apparently he
hasn't been even lurking here ;-)  He was very surprised I mentioned FiFo
and FM. Ever since FiFo came out, FF became out-of-date...

Well, he said he wanted to mention my FFPG (at least, he read that :-)), but
does not seem to know the gurus here. Let's see what he will come up with -
of course, he is very demotivated that there won't be any Mac-FiFO or Mac-FM
(at least not planned till now).

BTW, "who ff":

We are talking about 165 persons in this mailing list (Hi, USA, France,
Italy, UK, Germany, Switzerland, Australia, Belgium, Sweden, Japan, Brazil
and other earthlings) why are only about ten the active ones? Even now with
FiFo out there, I am surprised there is no activity like at FF-times here.
Come on, guys and gals, post some questions or post some codes. This is a
help line, not a delivery line. I have seen only one guy posting about FiFo
recently. Come on, let's see some more!!! ;-)

Or is there a FiFo Mailing List I don't know of?

If traffic slows down, we ought to close down this list! (I hope this
psychology thing works ;-))))

Shall we do some "problem-solving" (like: create the Smiley with
Photoshop-FF) ?

Has anyone created a combination of using FF filters with actions? Although
the windows of the F-filters will always pop-up, there are possibly
interesting combinations with FF and Photoshop.

Maybe we should do a survey here, who is using Mac/PC, Photoshop/PSP or
other programs, etc...

Well, some ideas here...
