RE: Hey folks..

Hi Jenn and all,

Your suggestion sounds good to me! I'm like you, a lurker and filter
factory challenged. This is one way to keep the list going, and for others
to see just what is out there and done by others. FWIW, since most on the
list like to tinker with apps, my section called Graphics Helpers has listed
a handful of interesting free apps to work with, and the Custom Plugin
section has some new Photoshop plugins (free ones), that have been added.
Most interestingly is one that creates Panoramas inside Photoshop. Haven't
had much of a chance to play with it as I've just discovered it, so I don't
know too much about it. Anyways, just to let you know what's been going on
if you haven't visited in awhile. Have a great day!

Best Regards,
Steve

Just your little old list admin here. :) Whee and stuff.

Was wondering about something, and would like folks opinions.

I me myself am a junkie FF user, but a lousy filter programmer, instead I
grab freebie FF filters and play with them, and I have the CD thanks to a
wonderful friend who gave it to me for my birthday. ANYWAYS..

This list being all fine and dandy and informational and great for
lurkers (like me) or active participants (like my good buddy the
werndude), I've noticed that not very often does someone stick a URL in
and say: hey, check out what I did with (name 5 or 6 different FF filters
here).

Personally, I want to show off my stuff, I want to tell people how I made
said stuff, I want to see other people's stuff and read about how they
used these filters (and others) to create their stuff.

Anybody think this would be a nifty list to start up?

If at least a dozen of you say yes, I'll go live with it. The primary rule
will be that images must be posted to the WEB, NOT to the list. Frankly, I
wouldn't be able to afford the bandwidth that mailing images over the list
would take.

Let me know, respond to the list please.
