As to my information, Mr Schuler does not have an URL. As you say, the
filter collection is a commercial package. Mr Schuler is also the one who is
writing a book about FF (in german).

I have tested the package for an article. The filter collection consists of
69 filters which let you make subtle changes to your images, add special
effects (like MTV pop design) and some textures.
