Adobe... >:-(( and cnv()
Hi all,
I discussed a couple of weeks ago with this guy, Mr Schuler, who is
publishing his FF book soon...
He told me that there were no infos in the Adobe FF manual about cnv(). I
looked it up and told him the pages, and did not reply. Anyways, by chance
did I think about comparing the FF manuals.
In Photoshop versions 3 and 4, the manuals have 15 pages.
In Photoshop version 5, the manual has 14 pages.
Hmm.. I checked the difference and it so happens that Adobe slightly
"diminished" the information about FF. They left out the cnv() completely,
although it works fine.
BTW, I offered them my FFPG for Photoshop CD-ROM inclusion, but I never
received a positive reply.
Hm, what is the matter with Adobe? It's just a guess, but it is possible
that they received many replies that the cnv() function crashes PC versions
of Photoshop and since they are not going to update it, they simply removed
cnv() from the manual...
:-)
Greetings from Germany,
Werner
