Adobe SDK programming seems to be one of the best kept secrets both 
on the net as well as in real world. There are no resources on the 
net and there are no books or anything similar. I afraid you have to 
go the long way and try to get the most out of the SDK sample 
plugins. Just to let you know, it took me several month to get the 
hang of it.
