The reason why you don't find anything in the web about prgramming
Photoshop plugin with the SDK is that everybody who knows how to program
Photoshop plugins in C++ using the SDK would never tell how it works
because it is pure money that they would give away. (Well, that was at
least before FilterMeister arrived).

The only place where you would probably find some detailed information is
the Adobe Developers Association but they have a pretty expensive entry fee
AFAIK.
