New filterts + Despeckle code

Hi,

There are ca. 30 new FF filters (MuRa's Seamless Filters) available 
from a guy called MuRa <mallet@bea.hi-ho.ne.jp>. The URL is

Some people already asked how the Despeckle filter works. I found 
some C souce code that should reveal the secret. The source code 
of the Despeckle plugin for the GIMP is available at

I didn't have the time to have a look, but I will do soon and I'll tell you, 
if I've found something out.
