new plug

Hi guys,

Wow, I had 43 messages when I got home today. Of course most of them
were because a couple of guys in the list had their mailboxes full, so
everything bounced back to me, but... that shows that the list is back
on the action. That reminds me to ask you to get out of the list in case
you go on vacation or some other reason that leaves your account
unattended for a long time. Are we still keeping archives of the list
somewhere? I never delete my mails and I make backups, but it is always
good to have this available on the net for the newcomers.

Well, to the news, I received info on the Propeller Paint Engine, a
photoshop plugin by http://nowhouse.com. It is for the mac and windows
and it lets you paint with brushes with a lot of controls, and even
import your own brushes to the plugin. I always thought that photoshop's
brush controls were very poor, every time I need to do some painting,
specially on the tablet I fire up Painter 5. This plugin seems to be
very interesting. I think the competition would be Deep Paint, but I
don't know enough of either to compare.
